Our History
Founded in 1991, Triad Builders of King, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Our founders, James Smith and Keith Smith started the business with one client, working out of a single truck. Over 30 years later, we are licensed in eight states across the Southeastern US, and the business has grown to serve over 150 clients. As a Commercial General Contractor, Triad Builders has the capability and experience to work in multiple sectors and industries (public, private, retail, industrial, food service, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.), with a specialization in quick service restaurants, convenience stores, and industrial light manufacturing facilities. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we work diligently to ensure that our clients’ needs are fulfilled before moving on to the next project.
